“I am impressed with the volume of work done by the Secretariat, and I must thank the Coordinator and staff for holding on. You are doing a good job here and I want you to keep it straight that way,” Chief Negotiator on the Tripartite for the All Peoples Congress Party said.
Dr. Kelfala Marah was speaking during a courtesy call paid on the Tripartite Steering Committee Secretariat on Tuesday 14 October, 2025.

The Secretariat enjoys an amicable partnership with several Institutions including the Sierra Leone Association of Journalists, Media Reform Coordinating Group, Talking Drum Studio, Independent Radio Network, Women’s Forum, Centre for Human Rights and Development International, Civil Society Coordinating Group on Tripartite, etc.
These groups add value on implementation of the tripartite recommendations, and support public education activities to continue to build trust for the tripartite.
Experts within the Secretariat provided insight on the nature of the work they do, and how they related with members of the public and EMBs.
Ngolo Katta thanked the team, and expressed pleasure in initiating a relationship with the Chief Negotiator.
Both parties looked forward to more engagements in months ahead.
